Verified Reviews
Last updated: August 2026
A Verified Review is a review tied to a real, paid job in your Catch CRM account. The ask goes out automatically 2 hours after payment, so the reviewer is a customer who actually paid you. It is not a Google feature; it is Catch CRM's own badge, shown on your reviews widget.
What the Verified badge means
The badge tells a website visitor that a review came from a paying customer, not an anonymous form. Catch CRM ties each verified review to a specific paid job in your account, so the reviewer had to book, get the work done, and pay before the ask ever reached them.
How a review is verified
The ask is automatic and tied to payment, which is what makes it verifiable:
- The ask sends 2 hours after payment.
- It only sends during 9 AM to 7 PM in the customer's local time, so you are not texting people at midnight.
- one ask per customer per 90 days, so regulars are never spammed.
- one nudge max if they do not respond the first time.
How to turn it on
- Paste your Google review link.
- Pick whose name asks (technician, company brand, or both).
- Turn it on.
What Verified Reviews is not
It is not a certification from Google or any third party, and it does not add a badge to your Google listing. It is Catch CRM's own label, and it only appears where you show your reviews through Catch CRM, like the reviews widget on your site.
Pricing
Verified Reviews is included on the Business plan, or $59 per month as an add-on on other plans. See pricing for the full breakdown.
